- Cancellations made 25 hours or more prior to the start time of the activity will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 25 hours to the start time of the activity will result in a 100% charge.
- No-shows are considered as cancellations and will be 100% penalized.

- Refunds will be issued in full for cancellations made any moment before 25 hours to the start time of the tour or service.
- To request a refund, please send a written request to MARPILPARHER@GMAIL.COM at least 25 hours before the start time of the activity or service as outlined in this policy. We aim to process refunds within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your request.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
