Highlight of our trip!

At arrival, the staff are very friendly, genuine, and professional. Our tour guide Edwin was very knowledgeable about the whales, Marino ballena National park, and other sea creatures!

Experience: we started at the office (there is parking for rental cars) and walked to the beach (5-10 mins). We stopped on the way to see baby caimans and iguanas. Then, Edwin and the crew helped us into the boat (speed boat which means sea sickness is not as bad). Then we snorkeled for 30 mins and saw schools of fish. After snorkeling, we went to look for whales and on the way, we saw a sea turtle! Finally we saw 3 whales (male, female, and baby)!

Overall I would recommend this tour for anyone staying in Quepos. The drive is 45 minutes (straightforward path) but it’s SO worth it as Uvita is a cute town with gorgeous beaches. I felt safe and overall this was a highlight of my time in Costa Rica.

Amazing trip.

What an amazing day. Great communication, getting back to my email quickly. There was only 6 of us on a small boat (plus staff). We spotted some whales quite quickly. There was a mother and calf plus another female. We sat quietly and watched them for about an hour just coming to the surface and with the occasional tail flip. We were given loads of information about the whales.

I would highly recommend this trip.

These guys are awesome!!

Amazing tour. The tour people on the boat were very knowledgeable and found us whales. We listened to the whale song from the boat and we’re lucky enough to see a family of whales on numerous occasions.

We also snorkelled which again was amazing!!! Definitely would recommend these guys!!!
