Four college students and a middle-aged mom all had a great time on this trip. Our guide, Luis, was simply the best, and he made the trip a ton of fun. This was very well-organized. The river is incredibly scenic and Luis spotted lots of things we would have missed without him. We did many wonderful activities in the Manuel Antonio area (snorkeling, boat ride, horseback riding, mangroves, zip lining), but this was the favorite for all five of us. Don't miss it!
My kids all said individually this was the best day of their lives.
Being from Colorado, we’ve rafted before, but never had an experience like we did with Amigos Del Rio. Each staff member was great. Chris was an incredible guide and had us laughing from start to finish. And the finish??? Maybe the best meal we’ve ever had, hard earned anyway!!
Excellent trip the guides were great. First class all the way. The rapids were challenging and fun and we felt safe the entire time.
What an amazing time. This adventure was so much fun We always felt well prepared with our guides. The drive up was the only thing I got a little afraid of, BUT once we arrived the journey was well worth it. The beauty and love the locals have for their beautiful county shows in every magnificent detail. Ending up at the waterfall was an added surprise. I would do this again!
