It was a great trip, saw spotted dolphins and a few mothers w their calves. Guides were friendly, bilingual and professional!
Ballena Tours took us on an incredible adventure to Corcovado National Park in May 2024. Our boat captain made the boat ride there and back as easy as possible, even stopping along the way when we saw dolphins and sea turtles in the water so we could all see.
Our tour guide, Walter, was so knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic. We saw so many beautiful animals I had never need before: Tapir, Anteater, Spider Monkey, Coati, crocodile, and many more! As a wildlife photographer himself, Walter helped us take amazing pictures of the animals. Bring sunscreen and bug spray — it’s a jungle by the beach after all!
I cannot recommend Ballena Tours and booking the Corcovado National Park Tour enough! If you’re in Uvita, you have to do it!
The tour was amazing. The company provides breakfast at the agency before starting the tour. The guides are attentive and provide us with valuable information about the whales. Try to take the tour in the summer when the chances of seeing the whales are much higher. Incredible experience.
Thank you to the team for this awesome experience, for your welcome, your sharing of knowledge and your humanity.
I warmly recommend you
Great day to be on the water. Lucky to see mother whale and a baby. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable young guide. I think Enok was his name. Watched the whale…then found small dolphins and had a swim, a quick fruit snack then returned. A good way to spend a morning.
